Romano wrote: “Chelsea has issued a formal official quotation to Gabriel Moscardo: 21 million euros fixed transfer fee, which does not include additional fees or secondary sales terms at present.”
“If the 17-year-old midfield completes the transfer, it will be loaned to Corinthians until next June. The current requirement of Corinthians is that a higher transfer fee can realize this transaction.”
